We need ergonomics users-side: we want to create the best OS
We need ergonomics developers-side: we work for pleasure: the work should be pleasurable to do
Ergonomics in FS development has historically been overlooked, often copying ready-made solutions or improving system with very long trial-and-error (and possibly never get it right) sessions
Debian is starting to show a lot of unique and original aspects, never addressed before: we can't copy anymore, and the system's getting too big and complex to let it evolve just using clueless or common-sense trial-and-error
